2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per active agent on a monthly or yearly basis. You may start with a free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends or you upgrade. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Billing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending spam, violating others' rights, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by EasyChatDesk and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Availability & changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyChatDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
